Utilyx provides a collection of free online utilities, including PDF manipulation tools, image converters, compression utilities, financial calculators, unit converters, QR code generators/scanners, and text/developer tools. Supported tools execute client-side in the browser where technically feasible.

5. User Responsibility for Uploaded & Processed Files

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any files, documents, images, or data you select or process on Utilyx. Because processing is executed client-side on your device, you are advised to maintain independent backups of your original documents before performing modifications (e.g. splitting, compression, or format conversions).

6. Intellectual Property

The Utilyx brand name, logo, original interface design, layout, and software components are the intellectual property of Kunal Singh and Utilyx. Open-source libraries utilized in the application remain the property of their respective copyright holders under their respective open-source licenses.

Utilyx may contain links to third-party websites or external resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Tool Accuracy & Informational Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and useful results, but results may vary depending on user input, browser capabilities, device limitations, file formats, algorithms, external data sources, or other technical factors.

Financial calculators (such as EMI, SIP, and GST calculators) and converters are provided for educational and informational estimation purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Always verify calculations with professional institutions before making financial decisions.
